Reshaping the future of acting education and training
PROCESS Drama Club is not just another class. We provide practical tools and ongoing training to help actors get set-ready.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your acting game, our courses are designed to boost your confidence and hone your skills in a fun, supportive environment.
PROCESS Drama Club is a space for actors who want to understand how the industry actually works.
Alongside skill-based training, PROCESS focuses on the practical tools actors need once they step into professional environments. This includes understanding auditions, working on set and set etiquette, agents, self-employment, and the realities of building a sustainable acting career.
Founded by Stevie Basaula and Zack Morris, who met whilst working on BBC's EastEnders, PROCESS is a place actors can return to for training, resources, and ongoing development as their careers grow. Through courses, workshops, and industry-led sessions, PROCESS supports actors in feeling prepared, informed, and confident as they move through the industry.
Students receive practical, tool-based insights into auditions, self-taping, set etiquette, and working with professionals — skills rarely emphasised elsewhere.
Learn with coaches who are active working actors and industry professionals, giving insights from lived experience rather than theory alone.
PROCESS helps actors understand the business side of the industry — from agents and self-employment to how to stay proactive between jobs.
Our programmes work alongside existing drama education and curriculum goals, or as enrichment, adaptable to different learner needs.
A place actors can return to for ongoing development, connection, and confidence as careers evolve.
Our courses are designed to reflect the realities of professional acting, combining practical understanding with hands-on training.

6 WEEK
Our most comprehensive program of coaching. Experience all four Acts, from foundational skills to on-set simulations and business know-how.
ACT 1
In this Act, we'll explore the foundational essentials of acting, emphasising their importance and frequent application. Sharpening these skills is invaluable, as they are crucial at every stage of an actor's career.
ACT 2
Auditioning in the room and self-taping are a fundamental part of being an actor. At PROCESS, we break down all the steps from receiving the audition brief, to flawlessly prepping your work, to then executing it like a pro. Self-taping has become the most common form of audition. One of our main objectives is to help students develop their own self-taping process to maximise their chances in securing a job. In our sessions we don't just teach students how to carry out a performance without compromise, but also how to enjoy themselves when recording in front of a camera.
ACT 3
In this act, students will immerse themselves in a mock set environment complete with lights, cameras, and props, providing a hands-on experience of what a day on set is really like. Screen acting isn't just about performance—it's equally important to understand set etiquette and develop technical awareness, one of the most essential skills for an actor. Students will collaborate in groups, alternating between being in front of and behind the camera. This unique experience offers valuable insight into both acting and the roles of a film crew, helping students understand the dynamics of a professional film set and the other careers available.
ACT 4
Our final act focuses on the business side of the industry. We cover key topics such as securing an agent, managing finances, handling taxes, and staying proactive between jobs. To provide deeper insight, our coaches will host a Q&A session with a leading agent and a financial specialist, offering students the chance to address any remaining questions about navigating the process of being a working actor.
PIE
Process in Education (PIE) is a term-based programme designed for secondary school students, supporting creative development alongside the drama curriculum. The programme is flexible, adaptable to school timetables, and delivered within an educational setting.
More courses, masterclasses and workshops will be available soon, so keep your eyes peeled for regular updates!

Co-Founder & Coach, PROCESS Drama Club
Zack wanted to start PROCESS to inspire the next generation of talent and teach the industry knowledge that is expected of you as you begin working. Zack successfully turned his passion into a career at 9 years old. He began his early training at Sylvia Young Theatre school and was awarded a full scholarship to train full time at D&B Academy of Performing Arts as a teenager.
Although having formal training, it was his on-set experiences, working on various film and television productions, that opened his eyes to the realities of being a working actor. Learning these things first hand stuck with him as he grew older with his career. This cited a passion to impart his knowledge with other young, aspiring actors who will find themselves in a similar position. He aims for PROCESS Drama Club to be a place where actors can be optimistic, prepared and excited for their long-standing career.
Previous on-screen work includes Eastenders (BBC), Goosebumps (Disney+), The Bluff (AGBO), The Pitt (HBO MAX), Jericho Ridge (DogEatDog Productions), One Night (BBC), The Fades (BBC). West End Productions including: Oliver!, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
